At "Everenci”, we aim to deliver orders quickly and reliably. Please review the shipping terms below before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email.
We do not process, dispatch, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeframes by Destination
Delivery estimates below start after dispatch.
2.1 Lithuania (Domestic Shipping)
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Shipping costs: calculated and displayed at checkout
Tracking: A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order ships
2.2 European Union (EU Shipping)
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Shipping rates: vary by destination country and are shown at checkout
Tracking: included with all orders
2.3 International Shipping (Outside the EU)
Delivery times: vary depending on your location and local postal services
Shipping fees: calculated and displayed at checkout
Customs/import charges: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country
These charges are not included in the shipping cost
They must be paid by the recipient upon delivery
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
4. Delays and Service Disruptions
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier or postal disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the terms below carefully before ordering.
1. 14-Day Return Right
We offer a 14-day return policy in line with the EU cooling-off period. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be met:
The item was purchased within the last 14 days.
The item is unused and in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging, with all items included.
You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return request if these conditions are not satisfied.
3. Items We Do Not Accept for Return
You may inspect jewellery as you would in a physical store; however, we do not accept returns for:
Items that have been worn outside, or that are damaged, scratched, or bent
Items returned without original packaging
Custom or personalised products
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email info@everenci.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Returns sent without first requesting and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs and Risk
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.
We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable return service.
We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.
We are not liable for returns that are lost or damaged during transit to us.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@everenci.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
9. EU Cooling-Off Period (EU Orders)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided the return conditions in this policy are met.
10. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
